TRUE CAP For Altheren

TRUE CAP 5124: Temporal Guardian Altheren the Flora Aficionado achieved TRUE CAP on Thursday night. True Cap, as you may remember, is when someone has reached the full training possible in every single skill – needed or not. He joins the illustrious company of Kaedra and Roblar in this amazing achievement. Congratulations, Altheren!
