Tucked away in Winterbriar Estates is a shop called Chimes in the Mist. This haunted little cottage is filled with whispers and creaks that are cured by the soft chime of bells.

Visit Chimes in the Mist for creepy ambients but stay to buy the clothing and momentos!

Nomad Bells!
A series of egg-shaped faenor bells bound to silk is a simple set of Bells that are quite lyrical.
They may be altered freely provided that they remain bells.
Verbs: pinch, raise, shake, tap
>pinch my bell
You raise your faenor bells up to your ear, and give them a gentle flick. The soft ringing sound lingers momentarily, then fades off.
>raise my bell
You raise your faenor bells up above your head and begin to softly shake them. The finely tuned bells each bear their own unique sound and form a soft and pleasing melody.
>shake my bell
You madly shake your faenor bells back and forth, making a cacophony that could possibly wake the dead. Realizing you’re making a spectacle of yourself, you smile sheepishly and stop waving them about.
>tap my bell
You tap your faenor bells gently, and they ring a single time. The sound is short and sweet.

Belled Clothing
You analyze the black silk skirt and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
You sense that the skirt can be altered, but that it must remain loose clothing of some sort that can logically be worn and held out and twirled.

You can try to PULL, PUSH, WAVE, and TURN the skirt.
The skirt is tier 1 of 2.
