As the special conventions at the hotel end, spiders were seen leaving the hotel in disconcerting droves. Soon thereafter, reports came pouring in of webs proliferating across Evermore Hollow and its neighborhoods. Whatever could be happening and how can you help?
This year’s storyline has several different ways you can help, and you can type QUEST to see some of them. There are several quests, and your actions taken will definitely impact the outcome of the storyline. We encourage you to do your part as frequently as possible, but what that part is … well, you may need to make some decisions!
A special note on the Winterbriar quest: The Winterbriar quest is a bit different than the others. There is a “feeder” quest in the QUEST system that is just to get you where you need to go, so there aren’t actually rewards with doing this one. There will be similar repeatable rewards, however. Winterbriar is a progressive quest, so after a prologue that lasts a bit over 24 hours, Phase 1 will start, and from there, you will have actions and choices to make, and those will possibly change depending on the collective results of these actions across the storyline. So while you can repeat the quest in QUEST for Winterbriar, you do not have to. However, I do recommend following their directions and getting all the info you can!
So…get out there and type QUEST and start seeing what you can do!

I’d like to add some specific kudos to Nyxus for his amazing QUEST system. You have no idea the amount of work he put in to make this happen, obliging without complaint to our every whim and wish while also doing technical work on two quests and QC work on the rest.
Additional Kudos: Elysani, Kaonashi, Thandiwe, and Xynwen (and myself, I guess) in creative and/or technical work on quests.
Extra extra recognition: Nyxus, Wyrom, and Isten for insane amounts of crunchtime QC work.
