Terror Flares Updated At Ebon Gate

UPDATE: PM Wyrom announced that terror flares now work with weapons, armor, and shields. Skryn was by Ebon Gate late Tuesday Night, selling them for 100,000 soul shards. There’s no word if he will be back again, but sometimes he is!
