Tiwlip has set up a raffle for a forest jade forehead gem. The raffle can be found in the main glade of the Sylvisterai Camp. The raffle draws at 5PM Eastern on Friday (or whenever the ticket says.)
The cost per ticket is 100,000 silvers.
You may buy one ticket per account.
You do not have to be present to win.
You do not have to be online to win.
This item is restricted to sylvans only. It cannot be worn by a non-sylvan. If your character is mechanically half-sylvan, the item can be made to work for you, but it will be character attuned. Please consider this when purchasing tickets.
