Sylinar Can Now Remove Some Enhancives at Ebon Gate 2024

UPDATE-EG: GM Haliste announced that Sylinar can now *remove* enhancive ranks or bonuses of General Skills: Survival, Disarming, Lockpick, Stalking and Hiding, Perception, Climbing, Swimming, First Aid, Trading, and Pickpocketing. She added that these enhancives are not available for swapping.
