SWEAR Update

NEWS: GM Haliste posted that SWEAR was updated and fixed for some situations. It now messages appropriately when used without parameters, racial swears are correct, and there are even some new racial swears for gnomes and half-krolvin. Read her post: https://bit.ly/3pMVlDJ
