EVENT-EG: Old Man Skellino will act on behalf of the half-elven traveler and spin for services on your Gilded Locus tonight at 9:30pm in the Wrencrest Rookery Study at Ebon Gate. You must have an existing locus and an Ebon Gate service pass to receive these services. 8 winners will be selected for various services to their Locus for free if they are spun, but none of the services will extend the Locus enhancive charge. Old Man Skellino will be acting on behalf of the half-elven traveler and will be spinning for the following services on a gilded locus:

5 customers will receive +1 to an existing property
2 customers will receive +3 to an existing property
1 customer will receive a new property at +5

You must have an existing locus and an Ebon Gate service pass to receive these services. These services will be applied for free if you are spun. These services will not extend the enhancive duration of your locus. These services cannot exceed the normal per-event caps.
