Role EXP Tweaks for Open Sea Adventure

OSA UPDATE: Retser rolls out new Role Experience Tweaks for Kraken’s Fall and your Open Sea Adventures. Firing cannons will be 3 role exp for any role. Turning the wheel was increased for the Captain and Navigator. Fixing the boat gives boatswains 3 exp, 2 for others. Even loading the cannons will get you some more of that role experience.
