River’s Rest Citizen WPS – Dec 2024

MERCHANT-RR: On Sunday, December 8 at 1pm, Celythia will be in the Pavilion of the Winterberries off the Town Commons in River’s Rest. She will be performing weighting, padding, or sighting services for citizens of River’s Rest and will use a spinner to pick no more than 25 individuals.
