Qista Lost a Heavily Embellished Parchment

LOST: Qista dropped a heavily embellished parchment in Mist Harbor at Tigerlily and Daisy Avenue (Lich Rm #12300). Qista was disconnected and immediately returned, but the parchment was gone. Qista says the parchment was for wizards only and is willing to give a reward for its return.
