Important Note for Promotional Premium Accounts:
Premium Festival services, including raffles and limited offerings, as well as most merchants, will be available exclusively to active Premium subscribers at the festival. If your account is currently on a promo, you will not be eligible for these services unless your subscription is converted to a paid Premium account before the event begins. You can check if you are currently on a promo using the ACCOUNT verb in game.
Visiting the festival grounds and making purchases at the shops will still be available to characters on a premium promo account.
Billing staff are available Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM ET. The event opens Friday at 9 PM ET. If you wish to upgrade and participate in the full range of services over opening weekend, please contact billing at 636-925-3172 before close of business on Friday.
