Premium Auction Delayed Services:
At this point, everyone who won a Delayed Service at the Premium Auction in both Prime and Plat should have received an email from the GM handling their redemption detailing how to proceed.
If you have not yet received an email regarding a Delayed Service win, please send an e-mail to GS4-Quilic@play.net and include: The character who redeemed the item, the service that’s due to be handled, and which instance (Prime or Plat) the win was in. I will ensure that any stragglers get matched up with the GM handling their redemption.
(Just for a little bit of extra clarity, these emails all went out on 7/31 or 8/1, with very few exceptions. The play.net forwarding seems not to have functioned correctly, so we are trying to chase everyone down and get good contact info for them.)
