There is a known issue with purchasing items from playershops, where you were charged but not given your item. If you were charged and didn’t receive your item, please place an ASSIST so that we may assist you further. We are working on the issue, and will notify when it’s been resolved.

Playershops update: There has been a temporary patch put into place that has allowed sales to proceed. Please let us know if anything goes awry.
