Playershop Lottery for Icemule Draws Tuesday

PLAYERSHOPS: PM Wyrom announced a Playershop Lottery for 20 shops in Icemule that will draw around noon on Tuesday, May 26. This is still a test of the system, so be prepared to report any anomalies. Your shop deed must be claimed by end of day on Wednesday. Solhaven Playershops will be next!

The lottery for up to 20 winners for a shop in Icemule will start soon. Please use the SHOP LOTTERY command for details. There have not been any new updates to the system, just a few bug fixes. This is another test run to try to follow the process to see where there are some hiccups in the system. By participating in this lottery, you are agreeing to be part of a test run that may not go as according to plan. This lottery will run from just shortly after this announcement until 12pm ET (noon) on Tuesday (5/26). You must claim your deed by the end of the day Wednesday or it will be forfeit. Everything else in the help menu should be accurate.

Right after the Icemule lottery, it should start up for 15 winners in Solhaven! Same deal as above. It should run until 12pm ET (noon) on Friday (5/29). This may not be accurate, so I will update on Tuesday if it doesn’t automatically do what it should. We are testing this mechanic of back-to-back lotteries with this run.

If you cannot enter because the system thinks you have a shop, unfortunately, you will not be able to enter this lottery automatically. You can ASSIST and each situation will be looked at. If you transferred ownership of a shop and the data is clear about the transfer, this can be resolved by me resetting some data on your character. If you transferred a character and the system shows you actually owning a shop, I won’t be able to fix this at this time. And at any time, if the data isn’t clear why you can’t enter, you’ll have to sit this one out.
