Now Serving 2.1 Billion Fame and Counting on TEST

NEW FAME: GM Nyxus announced the updated FAME is now on the TEST server for us to test. No more negative fame, it now rolls over 2.1 billion fame as it should. Plus! You no longer need to check in at a local inn for your fame to be updated. Go test your fame, people!

Characters can now have more than 2.1 billion fame.
SET FAME ON/OFF will now instantly toggle inclusion on the global fame list. Please note the global fame list will now only track fame to the nearest 1000.
Characters with SET FAME ON will see their fame updated on the global fame list more frequently, without requiring CHECK IN at a local inn.
Characters with negative fame should see their fame corrected to the expected value.

This update is now on the test server.

Please let me know if you see any issues, especially if you currently have negative fame (you know who you are)! Otherwise this will be rolled to live instances in a few days.
