No Experience Boosts During Enlightenment, Eonak Arms Update

UPDATE: GM Apraxis noted that Doubled Experience Boosts (BOOST EXP) will no longer be able to be activated while under the influence of a Page of Enlightenment Buff. They were being wasted before this! Ouch! Also, Eonak Arms were updated to handle unusual items when picking them up. Details:

Doubled Experience Boosts should no longer be able to be activated while under the effect of an Enlightened buff (they were not doing anything).

Previously, when attempting to GET items that had special behavior (such as rats or snow from snowbanks), the arms would have strange results. The arm should now properly tell you that it is unable to perform the action. Additionally, all actions with the arms will remove the user from stealth.
