New Paladin FEAT, Excoriate, Currently on TEST Server

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Nyxus announced that a new Paladin FEAT: Excoriate, is now up on the Test Server so that you can test it out! It is available to paladins over 30 levels. It’s a magical offensive maneuver that causes plasma damage and a -20% plasma resistance on the target. There’s even more:

The new paladin FEAT Excoriate is now available for trial on the test server.

Available to Paladins of level 30 or above. Make a magical offensive maneuver that, if successful, will cause plasma damage and apply a -20% plasma resistance status effect to a single target. The effect is consumed by the next damage from plasma, Repentance (1615), or Judgment (1630) within 30 seconds.

After landing 5 Excoriates, your next Excoriate will have an increased damage factor and will affect 2 targets if present. If only 1 target is present, it will be struck twice. Additionally, the negative plasma resistance status effect is increased to -40%.

Excoriate has a 20% chance to grant the paladin Ardor of the Scourge for 30 seconds. Ardor of the Scourge is consumed by the next Weapon Technique: Assault and will empower the assault with +10 AS that stacks with each round, ignore the current assault cooldown, and incur no assault cooldown on use.
