New HESS Services Enchant and TD Service Cap and Surcharge August 2022

To those that were asking about surcharges and service caps on the new enchant and TD services: For a 500k surcharge, you can redeem either an unlimited number of +Enchant or an unlimited number of +TD certificates on a single item. If you want to do both on a single item, it would mean paying the surcharge twice. So if you want to go from 0x to 15x, you’ll be able to.
