New Cysaegir Cart Sells Wooden Runestaffs and Cysaegir gems

ANNOUNCEMENT: GM Xeraphina announced a new wandering cart in Cysaegir that sells mundane wood runestaves (up to +15) and Cysaegir gems. The Shop is called Sticks and Stones, look for a mule-drawn blue that dray. The shop s already listed at the wiki.
