Mystic Tattoos Get Update To Change Skill or Stat

UPDATE: GM Aergo announced that Mystic Tattoo Services now include the ability to change the stat and/or the skill for a Mystic Tattoo. Monks of sufficient skill can start with TATTOO MYSTIC (player) STAT (X) and/or SKILL (y) – It will cost 200,000 services and does not recharge the tattoo.

Monks of sufficient skill will now be able to change the stat and/or skill of a Mystic Tattoo. To do so will cost 200,000 motes and uses the same skill formula as recharging. Changing the stat and/or skill does NOT recharge the tattoo.
The syntax to make the adjustment is: TATTOO MYSTIC {player} STAT {x} and/or SKILL {y}
