Mystic Tattoos Get a Big Upgrade

UPDATE: GM Aergo has a big update for Mystic Tattoos. Each tier/circle will now unlock a new power! Plus, max charges were raised to 200. There are lots of details and instructions to apply the new boons are in his full post:

Mystic Tattoos have been upgraded beyond a simple stat enhancive. Each tier/circle now unlocks a new power!
Tier 1: Existing stat bonus (per tier)
Tier 2: Update to also include a skill bonus to one trainable skill (+2 bonus per tier). This only applies to normally found enhancive skills and does not include spell ranks.
Tier 3: A flare to double the stat and skill bonus with a 10 seconds duration and a 60 second cooldown
Tier 4: The skill and stat bonuses are exempt from enhancive limits
Tier 5: Activated ability which doubles the stat and skill bonuses with a 30 seconds duration and a 3 minute cooldown. This effect does NOT stack with Tier 3. This ability also grants Quickness for -1 (affects both physical and spells) for the duration of the effect, doubled (-2) for monks.

Applying Skill Bonus to a New Tattoo:
At the T1 to T2 upgrade, you choose a skill by its one-word mnemonic: TATTOO MYSTIC <player> <skill mnemonic>
Example: TATTOO MYSTIC Aergo dodging

These are the same mnemonics the Ascension system uses. Type TATTOO MYSTIC <player> or ASC LIST SKILL to print the valid options. The skill IS locked once chosen so take notice before consenting to the update!

Applying Skill Bonus to an existing Tattoo above Tier 1:
Already have a Mystic Tattoo from before this release? Take your existing T2+ tattoo to any monk and they use the same command. The backfill will cost no motes, has no skill check and only attunes the skill. It will not increase your tier or charges.

Charges:
Max charges have been raised from 100 to 200. New tattoos start fully charged at 200. Existing tattoos will bump to the 200 cap automatically.
Recharge cost is unchanged at 1,000 motes per missing charge.
