Sunday night there was a brief bug with the mail system were some envelopes and packages had issues with their delivery. It was from 21:07 EDT to 22:25 EDT.
If you experienced an error picking up an envelope or package during that time, then please have the SENDER place an ASSIST so that we can obtain details from them and recreate your package. We know that 14 packages were disrupted by this but not who sent them. The details that will need to be provided are:
When the sender sent the envelope/package, what the envelope/package looked like, and what they believe was inside it.
If you sent a letter, then, unfortunately, the read field is not something we can replicate but we can compensate you for the coin, paper, envelope, and stamp so that you can send a new one.
