UPDATE: GM Ivry announced fixes and updates to the Bard Luck system. 1) CAST to check difficulty. 2) CHANNEL to perform the actual service on the item. 3) EVOKE to recharge a Lucky Item. 4) Combat verb will no longer activate it. 5) That pesky “might crumble” message is now … less wrong. 6) Fated Fortune at Tier 6 should be gaining charges again.

Bard Lucky Item Updates, Changes, and Fixes

Some fixes and necessary changes have been put into the Bard service Luck system.
To bring the service more in line with the rest, the Lucky item process will now be:
CAST to check the difficulty on an item
CHANNEL to perform the actual service on the item
EVOKE to recharge a Lucky item
The COMBAT verb should no longer cause a Lucky item to react.
The confusing ” might crumble ” message has been fine-tuned and should now stop showing on so many items.
And last but likely the best, tier 6 “Fated Fortune” should now be kicked into gaining charges once again.
