I will try hard to keep lore away from being a factor in anything else that uses the gear penalty routine we just standardized for 735/925 and soon 620. If anything else uses it in the future (maybe 330), then I don’t anticipate lore adding to the strength of the cast. These kinds of skills are disproportionately valued by players and it will make a clear winner for a lore skill. The reason why it’s okay for TATTOO and RECALL is because there are sufficiently many other skills that are factors that will allow you essentially hit the necessary cap to overcome the difficulty of anything else without the lore so the lore just serves as a way to get to the success cap faster rather than being a requirement.
