You might see missing or duplicated items in mount inventory, family vaults, and/or astra vaults. It only affected players using those systems on Tuesday, at/around 12:45pm to 1pm and 215 to 4:45pm. It looks like there may be some impacted players from yesterday’s downtime and rollback with their mount inventory, family vaults, and/or astral vaults. This could be items missing or duplicated. If you believe you might be missing anything or something was duplicated, please ASSIST and we’ll get it taken care of as soon as we can. We will also audit the system, which will be a lot slower, but we will try to locate issues that way too. The only impacted parties would be if you used any of those systems from 12:45pm to 1pm and again from 2:15pm to 4:45pm ET.
