There is a winner every 24 hours. The first raffle drew yesterday (5/26) at 12:34 PM so the next item up for raffle will draw at a similar time today (5/27) day. They will keep going until all the certificates in the cabinet are gone.

If the winner is in game when the raffle is pulled, they get a message. If they are offline, they will get a message soon after log in. It may take a few minutes for the notice to fire, so do not log in and say “Oh, no message,” and log out 2 seconds later, give it a little time.

The new raffle starts automatically and there is an announcement for that as well:

A new item now awaits your discovery at the library in Firefly Villa.

You have 24 hrs from the time of the win to pick up your item from the rack. If you enter a raffle, make sure to log back in and check.
