Get Something Even if There is a Thing On Top of It

UPDATE: GM Vanah announced that you can now GET something when there is something on top of it. (Presuming you should be able to GET the thing to begin with, right?)

The restriction that nothing can be on an item you are trying to GET has been removed. You can now GET items with items on top, including jars on specimen boards, fishing rods on tackle boxes, candles on candleholders, items on boxes, and so on.
