Gemstone and Dust Rate was Increased for Empyrean Onslaught

ASCENSION: Gemstones and Dust drop rates from Empyrean foes will be increased. Remember, you need to complete the Shadow’s Descent quest to be eligible. Empyrean Airships get a bigger increase, and the higher the elevation of the Airships, the bigger that drop rate gets! GM Nyxus’ announcement:

Ascension Gemstones and Dust will now drop at an increased rate from Empyrean foes. Completion of Shadow’s Descent is required to be eligible for this increased rate. The rate is further increased on Empyrean Airships, and is increased further on higher elevation Airships.
