FROZEN FESTIVITY: PM Wyrom announced that from now until the end of the year, the PERMIFIER will be available in Zul Logoth. In fact, there are three of them! Ruby for your Bloodscrip, Emerald for Soul Shards, and a Sapphire one for Raikhen. For more details about things which can be permified, see the wiki:

After a deep rumbling, ruby, emerald, and sapphire obelisks have appeared in Zul Logoth! Each obelisk has appeared in the tunnel of the same gemstone they are created from.
Three individual PERM-ifiers will be available that use alternate currencies.
Ruby: Bloodscrip
Emerald: Soul Shards
Sapphire: Raikhen
The obelisks will be available until the end of the year.
