Flaming Aura Display Update (Fix)

UPDATE: GM Nyxus noted that Flaming Aura, spell 1706, will now show up as a spell and not a debuff. It was fixed in both SPELL ACTIVE and in the Wraythe Window.

1706 should now show as a spell and not a debuff. This change should be reflected in both the Wraythe FE windows as well as in SPELL ACTIVE.
