Fire Cloaks Can Be Activated Without Fire Spell Now

UPDATE: GM Tamuz rolled in a minor update to the flaming cloaks from SimuCon 2018 so that you can activate them via WAGGLE for the magically disinclined, or without a fire spell.

I’ve just rolled in a minor update to the flaming cloaks from Simucon 2018 that will allow them to be activated via WAGGLE for the magically disinclined (or those without ready access to a fire spell on a scroll). Happy roasting!
