ANNOUNCEMENT: PM Wyrom announced news for attuned items in Event Vaults from the SimuCoin shop. If an item in it is attuned, it will always be character-attuned. Nothing will be account attuned any longer in them, including experience orbs from BREAK or TEAR. He gave a few more details about the loophole this solves:

All future vault items will be character attuned vs account attuned for anything that has attunement (event entries will not be attuned). This includes any exp orbs that you can receive from using BREAK or TEAR. This was fixed last August, but due to how rerolls work, the data being stored was also wiped allowing it to continue. By switching this to character attunement, it does solve this loop. The vaults having a one per character limit was due to the value placed on them with all the freebies included, so rerolling multiple times was never an intended feature.
