When Tangle Weed (610) was updated with the Spell Disabler Review, it was transitioned to the new formula for Spell Power strength, which reduced the disparity between characters with less than 1x spell ranks and those with more than 1x. At the same time, the lore bonus was rescaled (as the previously bonus was providing the equivalent of ~38 levels of effectiveness at 100 ranks, which was eclipsed most other factors). Moonbeam (611) will receive a similar update (and will also benefit from a single target disabler bonus).
