She notes you can let Brixt know you think cleaning is NOT the way to handle his plight, but it was not so obvious, so she added it in a more obvious way. SPOILERS:

As an FYI, I’ve fixed a bug that allowed you to do the quests every 5 minutes instead of every 10 minutes for the Ivsenra’s Fate. Also, you’ve always been able to let Brixt know that you think cleaning is NOT the way to handle his plight, but it was not very obvious, so I’ve added in a more obvious way also, and I’m explaining both below. If you want to keep helping him with cleaning, nothing’s changed other than the timer error, but if your character would NOT clean and doesn’t think it’s the right way to handle any of this, you can express this better now.
If you want to know how, I’ve spoilered it:
You can DROP the cleaning rag after getting it to show you don’t want to help.
You can also now SNEER BRIXT to truly show any disdain you have for his solution.
These are both in lieu of cleaning the item to help and may have consequences.
