Dreamfire Bracelets Fixed for FLICK Command

UPDATE: GM Meraki announced that Dreamfire Bracelets were fixed for the FLICK verb (Updated to 12+ attachment points).

Dreamfire Bracelets with access to the FLICK verb (12+ attachment points) were not working properly unless you were a wizard. This has been resolved and should now work properly for anyone with that verb unlocked. Discussion can be directed to: ⁠[Official] All Things Dreamfire chat on Discord
