Dispel Flares Now Work on Creatures 10 Levels Higher Than You

UPDATE: GM Estild announced a fix to Dispel flares for creatures that were more than 10 levels above the wielder. It will now have a Standard Maneuver Roll (v2).

Previously, dispel flares would fail to trigger if the target was more than 10 levels above the wielder. They’ve now been updated to cause a Standard Maneuver Roll (v2) and if successful, will then resolve as normal.
