Bug Fixes On Parade from GM Valyrka

MARCH OF THE BUGS: GM Valyrka joins the bug hunting expedition with fixes for: 1) Chocolate Header message clarifications 2) Sealing Wax won’t change name when depleted 3) Sealing Wax gives almost out warning 4) Mist Harbor Forge sells hazel blocks now, instead of teak 5) Various typos around Mist Harbor brought into grammatical compliance.

Fixed a few ambiguous messages with the chocolate heaters.
Fixed sealing wax so it does not change name when depleted. It gives you messaging that it is almost
out, and will delete when empty.
Replaced the teak block in the MH forging shop with hazel.
Fixed various typos around MH.
