UPDATE: GM Nyxus announced that Spirit Slayer (240) and Spell flares such as Serendipitous Hex and Stolen Power, will now work correctly.

Spell flares such as Serendipitous Hex and Stolen Power should now work properly with Spirit Slayer (240). An example of the resolved issue can be seen [on Discord].
