Bug Fix for 518/950, Battle Standard Flares, Plus Volley and Spores

UPDATE: GM Nyxus reported on a bug resolution between spells 518 and 950 and Battle Standard Flaring. He noted that generally, AoE spells are not expected to create flares. Volley was also updated so that only the first flight of arrows can fire Battle Standard Flares, calling it “first flight” logic. The spore script will be updated to support this. His post:

A bug has been resolved where 518 and 950 would have a chance to proc Battle Standard flares. As a general rule, AoE spells are not expected to proc flares. Additionally, Volley has been updated such that only the first flight of arrows will proc Battle Standard flares. This “first flight” logic will be used for script flares on Volley going forward.

Spore script, which currently does not support Volley, will be updated to support this “first flight” logic.
