Borthuum Clan Culture Opened Up for Dwarf Characters

NEWS: GM Marstreforn announced that Borthuum Clan is now available as a CULTURE option for Dwarves if you have not already selected a culture option. This makes all 24 dwarven cultures available to players.

Borthuum Clan is now an available CULTURE option through the TITLE system if your character is a Dwarf, and you have not already selected a culture option.
This makes all 24 playable dwarven cultures now available options through the in-game Title system.
