BOOST INFO and REGISTER get Updated

UPDATE: New updates: BOOST INFO will no longer display Free To Play options if you are not F2P. REGISTER will now automatically MARK an item as not for sale when you register it. While I’m speaking of REGISTER, please remember to register the container you stash important things in. Even if it is unremarkable. An unregistered container with a registered item in it is un-findable through the usual GM registered item tools. MARK & REGISTER, people!

REGISTER will now implicitly MARK an item if it could otherwise be sold. The MARK can be removed as usual: MARK {item} REMOVE.
