Bandoliers Compatible with Affinity Flares and Lore Flares

DUSKRUIN NEWS: GM Nyxus gave us the great news that Bandoliers will now work with Flare Affinity, as well as lore flares. Once the certificates are available, you can hold the certificate in your left hand, the bandolier in your right hand, and RAISE the certificate for self-serve updates!

Flare Affinity is now compatible with bandoliers. Once the flare affinity certificates become available, simply hold the certificate in one hand and your bandolier in the other, then RAISE the certificate.
