AOE Spells Fixes Made for Call Wind, Bards

UPDATE: GM Zissu fixes a few bugs in the spells for the new multi-targetted update. Creatures will not hit themselves with their own Call Wind and Bard Songs are now safe to innocent passers by – if they were supposed to be safe. http://bit.ly/3hGlm2X
