Adventurers Guild Allows Banished Members Access to Certain Services

NEWS: The Adventurers Guilds of Elanthia announced a benevolent new stance in their policy on Sunday. Those who have been banished (YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID) will now be allowed to use the systems set up for RECOVER and LOSS at the Guilds.
