Subj: Nerve Staves
There was a bug that was allowing nerve staves to gain affinity and flare against lower level creatures, but not when you were overhunting. This has been corrected. The nerve staves will no longer flare or gain affinity if you are underhunting, but now will if you are overhunting and will still if you can otherwise learn from the target. The ANALYZE for both issues has stated that you need like-level foes, so this fix should not be a surprise to anyone.

Does this mean at 100 percent affinity the staff will not flare against a lower level foe?
