There were over 500 re-activations who used the current promo to return to GemStone. It’s been the most successful promo ever. It ends Aug 31, so tell your friends to come back before it expires!

There are 13 new GMs coming out of training, some we have already met from forum postings, Discord, etc. There will be another set of Dev GMs hired fairly soon after SimuCon, so get your applications updated, folks!

Wyrom spoke about the thus-far under-wraps Disarm Changes. They’re not doing away with disarming, but they are focusing on eliminating the loss from janitor and other situations. Working on making it so you can recover it from where it was disarmed, possibly through the Adventurer’s Guild for silvers. Cost to be determined by the value of the piece of gear. But you’ll have to do it within 30 days. He said it was a priority project, but gave absolutely no date on an ETA. In a followup, a disarm is considered itchy curse, bit by a dog, whatever disarms you. But not if you drop it.
This year they were busy working on CCS Delirium Manor. Delirium Manor is the next SimuCoin Event, for August.
They are working on a hunting ground in Teras for those level 80somethings.
This year’s Ebon Gate work started not that long ago, it will have the same pricing system as last year. Haliste is working on a cool – but still under wraps – system for EG.
