Spidersilk Cloaks get small updates

GM Kaikala has an update to the bonding spidersilk cloaks – Anyone can now reset the attunement, plus there’s now an analyze.

Subj: Spidersilk Cloaks – Minor QoL Update

Hey all,

Really small, minor thing, but the spidersilk cloaks that web-bond to you when you initially wear them (https://gswiki.play.net/Spidersilk_Cloak) — previously only the owner could clear the attunement with RAISE. Now anyone can reset the attunement. Hopefully this will cut down on the need to ASSIST for the bond-breaking.

(Also, an actual ANALZYE exists on them now.)
