White Haven’s service night was at an end. The group was enjoying a welcome respite, when suddenly….

[White Haven, Grand Courtyard]
A vast and peaceful courtyard surrounds the crystal tower, bordered by a stone wall. Delicate vines coated with a fine layer of ice cling to the wall, creating a frozen mosaic. Almost hidden by the vines, a staircase spirals upwards against the central tower, while a massive white modwir-framed entryway stands as the obvious entrance. An ice-covered pond dominates one corner of the courtyard. You also see the Syanic disk, the Nayolan disk, the Doghan disk, an obese drunken chinchilla, the Mischung disk, a scarlet great horned owl, the Brokkrsten disk, the Maylan disk, a vine-carved cherrywood cart with some stuff on it, a white granite monument, a dark arch with a large sign above it, a mound of snow, a heavy slate blackboard and the doorman.

Holy rolton is right, Syanic! Poor Pendowilt – the fella had just arrived hoping for some spells. Instead, he found death by fire. A fire-critter invasion of Icemule followed these events, with sporadic sky-fire continuing to plague the local residents.
