Scared Kobold Comes to Landing With A Warning

Monday in the Landing: Riatsala encounters a kobold with a warning. There’s a lady in a green cloak with a shiny horn who blows on her horn and summons giant worms and other foul beasts trying to get the kobolds to invade the town. The kobolds are scared of her. Then the kobold took off, after people insulted him and hurt his feelings, so we know nothing more.
